By engaging the services of The Staging Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms.
Services
The Staging Studio LLC provides home staging services, including initial staging and ongoing furniture rental for properties as agreed upon at the time of booking.
SMS Messaging Program
The Staging Studio LLC collects consent to receive text messages verbally and specifically at the time of booking, separate from your agreement to these general Terms and Conditions. See our SMS Consent Script for the exact opt-in language used. Messages relate to your active staging service, including appointment and scheduling notifications, and furniture rental renewal reminders.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is typically limited to one to two messages per client per rental cycle.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payments
Payment terms, including staging fees and monthly rental rates, are agreed upon between you and The Staging Studio LLC at the time of booking and are outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The Staging Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
